Stress Less Yoga Sesh at The Library

Yoga at the Library is back! Join us for beginner-level yoga & guided meditation sessions at the Library. All students, staff, and faculty welcome. Mats will be provided — just bring your breath & comfy clothes! Co-sponsored with Mind Matters Changemakers and Cal State LA Xtreme Fitness.

Space is limited and registration is required. Please arrive on time, class begins promptly at noon.
