Hi Mai,
Hope you had a wonderful weekend and thank you for letting us use the Dean’s Conference Room last week, it was extremely helpful for us. Unfortunately we are currently conference room-less until we get situated in our new office space in the library, fingers crossed it happens sooner rather than later!
We were wondering if the Dean’s Conference Room, LIB N B137, has the proper set up that would allow for a PowerPoint presentation and if so, if we would be able to reserve the room for any of the following dates/times? Jason and Dr. Underwood would like to set up Faculty Learning Community workshops (FLC) with some refreshments-sandwiches, etc. These workshops are to provide faculty members an overview to grants and would host anywhere between 10-15 people.
