Subject: A&L Dean's Candidates Interview Meetings

Hi Mai,

I am scheduling the interview meetings and campus open forums for the above.  Please let me know we can schedule the campus open forums at the LIB Community Room from 2:30-4:30pm on the following dates:

•             March 15 (Thurs)

•             March 19 (Mon)

•             March 21 (Wed)

•             March 22 (Thurs)

Each candidate will give a PPT presentation so we’ll need to use the projector and access to laptop. 

Regarding the open forums for the four HHS Dean candidates, they will also use the projector and laptop.  I hope that Victor will be around during those days to assist.
